Co-curricular Day

As we know, TARC students are required to complete and pass at least
2 credit hours in the co-curricular programmes before we can graduate.
Therefore this 3 girls had chosen to join gym workout during sem2.
We thought this would be the easier if comparing with others sports/games.
In fact, that's not a cushy job.


Day 1 -40 students in a room.
Dumb look.

Gymnasiums


During this 11 week,
we learnt basic gym equipment, resistance machines.
We jog, we do calisthenics exercise and we sweat out every Thursday.
Of course Karren and i yell for tiredness on the next day.
This program is very strict and marks can be deducted based on our mistakes.

No discipline? Deduct marks.

No punctual? Deduct marks.

No attendance? Deduct marks.

NO TOWEL?! DEDUCT MARKS TOO!!

Thus we not dare to disobey the rules cause we can't bare the failure of it.
Well sounds strictly but we quite enjoy as we can peep lengzai during class. Hehe.
Yup, our assistance is very handsome+muscular.
Can u imagine? woot ;)

Okie.
Finally here comes the final week and also the final exam for everyone.
40 0f us divide into 3 team and learnt up the skills of spinning bicycle.
Then, during the co-curricular day, we'll joint another 16 team for the competition.
We have to perform spinning bicycle choreography
Which means dancing and cycling.

After 18 team's performance, the judge ask all the team leader to stay inside
and announce which team is enter into last 3 final.
Lucky us, fight into final.
